ELT’s sexual harassment training course is an e-learning solution where users view and interact with the course entirely online and is available 24/7. On the backend, the sexual harassment training is hosted on a learning management system (LMS). An LMS is an online software tool that lets you manage all of your organization’s users and the courses they view and also allows you to run any necessary reports. The LMS facilitates “anytime, any place, any pace” access.

Depending on your needs you may choose to host your course on our LMS or we can work with your existing third party LMS as well. ELT has successfully integrated its AICC1 and SCORM2 compatible courseware on hundreds of LMS.

Implementation and Support

ELT is dedicated to ensuring the success of your training program. As an ELT client, you will have access to a Dedicated Implementation Manager as your personal liaison guiding you through the process, our Internal Marketing Program which will assist you with a variety of materials before you launch to encourage a greater completion rate and you will have access to our high quality Help Desk and Administrator Training giving your support along the way and even after you have launched.

Tech Specs

Our courseware requires a connection to the Internet or an Intranet (Modem, Ethernet, or Wireless network adapter required). To use our courseware we require Flash Player 10 and a minimum display resolution of 800 by 600 pixels.

Audio versions of the course require an audio card and speakers or headphones. We support Windows and Macs and most major web browsers. Our courseware technology is tried and true yet employs today’s cutting edge graphics and media.

Our courses are sold per individual “seat” or license – one license for every learner.
